Healing with Acu-yoga


One of very good ways to stimulate acupressure points on the back and spinal column is through practice of Bridge pose.

Bridge Pose
  1. Lie straight on your back.
  2. Bend your legs at two knees and let your soles of your feet rest on the floor.
  3. Place your arms above your head on the floor.
  4. Inhale and make an arching position with your pelvis up. Hold this position for few seconds.
  5. Exhale and come down slowly.

Continue with this practice with inhale up and exhale down for one minute. Then relax your body with your eyes closed for a few minutes.
