Yoga is stress management system/discipline for the body and mind. It is an alternative medicine that brings peace to the mind and helps you relax. Yoga, like any other exercise system is a collection of exercises called poses or “asanas”. Each asana has a special purpose in the process of rejuvenating a body.

We have a collection of 100 yogasanas that can help you achieve a stress-free life. These asanas have been grouped into sitting, standing and lying asanas based on their requirement for the practitioner to be seated, standing or in the lying position.
